There’s an expression among sailors that if one does not know to which port one is sailing, then no wind is favorable.

This is entirely true when it comes to Starboard, or setting out on any great venture. Having direction is key.

With this always in mind, I want to keep you in the loop as we venture to a new Port together. We’re keeping things simple: to be part of Starboard, simply subscribe to the newsletter or follow along on Instagram (@starboardportwine).

So, what’s next on our grand venture?

Here are some things you can expect to see from Starboard in the coming months:

• Starboard’s #drinkport campaign: Be part of it by capturing a photo or video of your experience discovering or rediscovering Port wine and share it with me via email (rebecca@starboardwine.com) or on Instagram by tagging @starboardwine and #drinkport

• Take the Starboard survey, launching this spring (it will be short and sweet, I promise — I know you’re busy)

• Sample Port wine via limited edition tasting experience gift boxes that will be hand-delivered to a few family and friends so that they may further explore the world of Port and note their preferences
